In memory of sensei Janaki

We have lost a dear friend this month.  Rest in Peace, dear Janaki.  What better way for us to remember you than through flowers, Ikebana and friendship.
Her demonstration in 2017. She loved anthuriums.

2018 exhibition at Focus Art Gallery Chennai

Her ode to spring during her demonstration

2017 - demonstration

And thats how we will remember you - a riot of colour and smiles.

Yes we would always ask the question Janaki why shock us with this quick and hurried exit from us and from life?Malathi

The lovely Ikebana arrangements you did for our workshops are so fresh in my mind. God has taken away a bright flower too soon to adorn His garden. Will always cherish your memory Janaki.

Hi all, I'm her daughter Arpitha. To answer your questions - what was her hurry to leave - she probably knew she didn't want to live a life of pain and suffering because it would hurt us more than it would hurt her. My mother was always a kind, generous and happy person and I wish you all think only of the happy times you shared with her because there can't be a better way to remember her. Thank you for this beautiful tribute Ambika, it was very thoughtful of you
